The Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Terminal (also known as Highway Bus Station) is the main bus terminal in Yangon to travel all major destinations in Myanmar such as Bagan, Mandalay, Taunggyi (Inle), Kalaw, Naypyidaw, Pyin Oo Lwin, Monywa, Hpa-An, Mwlamyiane, Pyay, Lashio, etc.

The bus station is located a bit out of the city, near to Yangon International Airport (about 7 Km/4.3 miles from the airport) and 19 Km/11.8 miles far from Sule Pagoda which is a central area of Yangon city.

Currently, the taxi and private car rental are the main options from the airport as there is no easy public bus service available from the airport.
It will take about 30 mins to 1 hour drive from the airport depends on the traffic condition.
